This brand new venue located opposite the cinemas in the Rouse Hill Town Centre. Project included full D&C design of the mechanical air conditioning and ventilation system including store ventilation and commercial kitchen exhaust system design. True Partners Consulting Engineers was engaged by the mechanical contractor to deliver mechanical design, shop drawings for construction, As Built drawings and provision of O&M manual for mechanical services.

Refurbishment of 111 Phillip St, Parramatta for client Lipman Pty Ltd, The project consisted of the refurbishment of:

The Ground Floor and Mezzanine Lobby;

External façade works, and;

New amenities.

Project included full design and documentation of mechanical services for three retails shops, amenities and lobby area. A separate kitchen exhaust system for each retail was considered with a single filtration facility that allowed horizontal discharge of the kitchen exhaust system through the carpark level external facade.
