True Partners Consulting Engineers were engaged by client to review the operation of the existing multizone CAV AHUs serving areas of the hospital and provide a VSD control strategy for supply and return air fans. Our engineers proposed a control strategy that allowed the fans to vary speed while maintaining comfort and pressure requirements within areas of the hospital which was successfully implemented on the AHUs.

Refurbishment of 111 Phillip St, Parramatta for client Lipman Pty Ltd, The project consisted of the refurbishment of:

External façade works, and;

New amenities.

Project included full design and documentation of mechanical services for three retails shops, amenities and lobby area. A separate kitchen exhaust system for each retail was considered with a single filtration facility that allowed horizontal discharge of the kitchen exhaust system through the carpark level external facade.
