309-321 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW

This development by Dexus Property Group and AMP, Capital with scope to design and construct the refurbishment and state-of-the-art facelift of 309-321 Kent Street within the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

The works included the extension of commercial office levels between Levels 1 – 3, the addition of a terrace on Level 4 and the revitalisation of the plaza, retail and lobby spaces. The 309 Kent Street building also features a new glazed facade complemented by pristine granite and metal cladding. The net lettable areas (NLA) of Levels 1, 2 and 3 were all increased and Level 1 includes a void overlooking the modernized ground floor lobby entrance.

Extensive CAPEX services were upgraded in both buildings, including replacements of the main switchboards, life safety systems, chillers, mechanical pumps, cooling towers, boilers and fire booster cupboards.

111 Phillip St, Parramatta

Refurbishment of 111 Phillip St, Parramatta for client Lipman Pty Ltd, The project consisted of the refurbishment of:

The Ground Floor and Mezzanine Lobby;

External façade works, and; New amenities.

Project included full design and documentation of mechanical services for three retails shops, amenities and lobby area. A separate kitchen exhaust system for each retail was considered with a single filtration facility that allowed horizontal discharge of the kitchen exhaust system through the carpark level external facade

Optus Campus Refurbishment at Macquarie Park

The Optus Campus site at Macquarie Park is a self-contained state-of-the-art campus featuring six interconnected low-rise buildings which are set on seven hectares of landscapes grounds. The site includes hundreds of meeting rooms, dedicated training rooms, collaboration areas, amenities, shops and hospitality spaces.

As part of this project, various parts of the existing commercial facilities of the Optus Campus was upgraded and transformed. The mechanical plantrooms of the six buildings were interconnected to achieve redundancy and optimum efficiency.

Jordan Springs Community Hub

The Jordan Springs Community Hub is a vibrant Community Center with  a large hall, meeting rooms, administration and outdoor areas, these are all bookable by the local residents.  The Hub is a shared pubic space for all the residents of this new community to use. 

Every part of the Hub has been designed with the community in mind, and it has the highest standard of accessibility. It is the first public building in NSW to be constructed from cross-laminated timber (CLT), a lightweight and strong engineered wood product, and also includes a sustainable geothermal heating and cooling system.

Parramatta Aquatic & Leisure Centre

The new aquatic and leisure centre covers 40,000 square metres in Parramatta Park. The centre includes a 50-metre, 10-lane outdoor heated pool with seating; a 25-metre indoor recreational pool; an indoor learn-to-swim pool; an indoor splash play area; multipurpose community rooms; spa and sauna facilities; fitness centre; café with kitchen exhaust and treatment suitable for horizontal discharge at the roof level; and up to 200 parking spots.

Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre

The multi-function theatre allows configurations of theatre and concerts between 200-500 seats, conferences, and sit-down dining.

The new theatre presents a large double height, glazed façade to the main road with the opportunity for art exhibitions and the activity of the foyer spaces to be visible from the street.

Wentworth Hottel, 195 Parramatta Rd, Homebush NSW

Hotel upgrade features new function rooms, sports bar, family dining, and kids play area. It also included air conditioned semi indoor gaming area with indoor smoking allowed. True Partners Consulting Engineers delivered mechanical engineering D&C documentation for the mechanical contractor.
