The proposed development is located at 9-15 Memphis Street, Mount Druitt and comprises a 2 level Catholic Church. The church has an ancillary after mass gathering hall, a parish residential unit, parish office spaces and onsite parking facilities with a capacity of 52 spaces. 

The multi-function theatre allows configurations of theatre and concerts between 200-500 seats, conferences, and sit-down dining.

The new theatre presents a large double height, glazed façade to the main road with the opportunity for art exhibitions and the activity of the foyer spaces to be visible from the street.

The new aquatic and leisure centre covers 40,000 square metres in Parramatta Park. The centre includes a 50-metre, 10-lane outdoor heated pool with seating; a 25-metre indoor recreational pool; an indoor learn-to-swim pool; an indoor splash play area; multipurpose community rooms; spa and sauna facilities; fitness centre; café with kitchen exhaust and treatment suitable for horizontal discharge at the roof level; and up to 200 parking spots.

Situated amongst the existing gymnasium/multipurpose hall, main oval, and tennis courts, the new Aquatic Centre includes many impressive features such as a 25-meter, eight-lane competition pool complete with accompanying amenities, tiered seating, and a fitness centre. Additionally, the facility houses a separate learn-to-swim pool that comes equipped with change rooms, shower, and toilet facilities.
