UOW Buildings 1, 19, 35, 38

Our engineers were engaged by the UOW to develop mechanical air conditioning and ventilation system for several buildings within the university. Scope included to provide feasibility reports, mechanical design documentation, shop drawings for construction, As Built drawings and provision of O&M manual for mechanical services.




Tara School, New Aquatic Centre and Gym Extension

Tara is a highly respected institution known for its dedication to educational excellence. Situated amongst the existing gymnasium/multipurpose hall, main oval, and tennis courts, the new Aquatic Centre includes many impressive features such as a 25-meter, eight-lane competition pool complete with accompanying amenities, tiered seating, and a fitness centre. Additionally, the facility houses a separate learn-to-swim pool that comes equipped with change rooms, shower, and toilet facilities.

Project included full design and documentation of mechanical services for the new aquatic centre, admin office and amenities area and gym extension. 

Seven Hills High School: VET Upgrade

The upgrade of Seven Hills High School provides new specialist vocational education and training (VET) facilities that provides students with the skills, support and access to trades and vocational pathways to enable them to succeed in the 21st century. The project included workshops, teaching classes, clinical labs, amenities, etc. Heat recovery system was used to precondition the outside air and VRV heat recovery system was used to air condition the spaces. 

Our engineering team delivered D&C mechanical design documentation, shop drawings for construction, As Built drawings and O&M manual for mechanical services. 

Marist Catholic College, Kogarah - New ART and GLA

The project included the refurbishment of existing buildings to facilitate new Hospitality Kitchens and a Construction Workshop. As a result, the existing Visual Arts department was relocated into a new facility. The Visual Arts Centre houses four new Studios with operable partitions for flexibility. An open plan learning space enables an agile learning environment facilitating various learning and teaching strategies.

Project included successful delivery of full design and documentation of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical services.
