Project included full design and documentation of mechanical services for three retails shops, amenities and lobby area. A separate kitchen exhaust system for each retail was considered with a single filtration facility that allowed horizontal discharge of the kitchen exhaust system through the carpark level external facade.

Additionally, the facility houses a separate learn-to-swim pool that comes equipped with change rooms, shower, and toilet facilities.
